ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:

“… to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.1 to 3 in granting permission to the Respondents No.6 to 8 for construction of high rise buildings over land of the petitioner admeasuring Acs.35.221 Sq. yds. in Sy.No.71 (Part) and 72 (Part) Sherilingampally Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, vide permit No.4802/GHMC/SLP/2022-BP dt.28.12.2022 in spite of serious title dispute between the petitioner and the Respondents No.4 to 8 and thereafter not considering objections, vide legal notice dated 28.2.2023 filed by the petitioner for cancellation of permission as per section 450 of the GHMC Act, 1955, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the objections dated 28.2.2023 filed by the petitioner and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.”
