With the consent of both the parties, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus challenging the action of the Respondents No 1 to 6 in not releasing the admitted amounts for completion of work i.e.,“Periodical Renewal to Mallial-Thatipalli Road in Jagitial District, executed by Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 6 to release the pending final bills i.e., for the Periodical Renewal to Mallial-Thatipalli Road in Jagitial District for net an amount of Rs.77,37,247/- (Seventy Seven Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Seven Only) vide Token No.2447667903 dated 16.01.2024 Rs.12,10,067/- (Twelve Lakh Ten Thousand Sixty Seven Only) vide Token No.2504552663 dated 24.04.2024 and Rs.13,32,552/- (Thirteen Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Two Only) vide Token No.2600497940 dated 06.06.2025 forthwith to the Petitioner account and pass…”
