ORDER

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, challenging the action of the respondents No.1 to 6 in not releasing the admitted amounts for completion of work i.e., “Periodical Renewal to Rajaram-Chepyal Road Jagtial District, executed by Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 6 to release the pending final bills i.e., for the Periodical Renewal to Rajaram-Chepyal Road in Jagtial District for net an amount of Rs.13,43,894/- (Thirteen Lakh Forty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Four Only)vide Token No.2506696026 dated 07.05.2024, Rs.3,68,554/- (Three Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Four only) vide Token No.2600497958 dated 06.06.2025, forthwith to the Petitioner account and pass…”
