Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6.

Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.09 guntas in Sy.No.81/1అ, Ac.0.08 guntas in Sy.No.81/2అ, Ac.0.07 guntas in Sy.No.81/3అ, Ac.0.04 guntas in Sy.No.81/4/అ, Ac.0.04 guntas in Sy.No.81/4/ఆ1, Ac.0.04 guntas in Sy.No.81/4/ఇ/1, Ac.0.04 guntas in Sy.No.81/4/ఈ/1, Ac.0.15 guntas in Sy.No.81/6అ/1, Ac.0.05 guntas in Sy.No.81/6ఆ/1, Ac.0.02 guntas in Sy.No.81/ఈ/1 and Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.82/ఆ/1/1/1/2, in total Acs.2.02 guntas, situated at Sitarampally Village, Wargal Mandal, Siddipet District. In proof of the same, he has filed the copy of latest pattadar passbook-cum-title deed. He has submitted F-Line applications bearing Nos.DER022501138356, dated 10.02.2025 with respondent No.5 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the boundaries. Respondent No.5 entrusted the survey to respondent No.6, who in turn, issued notice dated 03.05.2025 fixing the date of survey on 08.0
