ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNSS’), seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No. 639 of 2025 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in the aforesaid Crime facing accusations for the offences punishable under Sections 318(3), 316(2) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’), Sections 63, 69 of the Copyright Act, 1957.

3. Heard Mr. Sanjay Kishore, learned counsel, representing TLH Advocates and Solicitors, appearing for the petitioners, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing respondent No.1-State and Mr. Sourabh Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent No.2/de-facto complainant.

4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, they have filed Joint Memo of Compromise dated 14.07.2025 stating that the dispute between both the parties has been amicably settled out of the Court by mutual consent and
