JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the claimants, aggrieved by the Order and Decree dated 09.02.2021 in M.V.O.P.No.329 of 2017 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Principal District Judge, Nalgonda (for short “the Tribunal”).

2. For convenience and clarity, the parties herein are referred to as they were arrayed before the Tribunal.

3. The case of the petitioners before the tribunal was that on 07.02.2017 the deceased-Saidulu, went to the house of his relative at Vijayaraghavapuram Village and while he was returning to his native Village Ananthagiri on his motor bike bearing No.TS-05-EK- 6361, when he reached Ajay Kumar fields at around 7:30 p.m., in the mean time, one motor bike bearing No.TS-29A-0266 being driven by respondent No.1 in a rash and negligent manner at a high speed, dashed the motor bike of the deceased in the opposite direction, as a result the deceased fell down and sustained multiple injuries. Immediately, he was shifted to Government Hospital, Kodad, from there he was shifted to Khammam for better treatment and succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment on

08.02.2017. The petitioners sought a co
