This contempt case is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P. No.25166 of 2023.
2. Heard Mr. T.Ramchander Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners; Mr. Katta Pradeep Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent;
and perused the material on record.
3. Order dated 11.09.2023 was passed by this Court in W.P. No.25166 of 2023 directing respondent herein/contemnor (respondent No.5 in the writ petition) to act upon the representations dated 06.05.2023 and 29.08.2023 of the petitioners and file action taken report by the next date of hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted the despite such order being passed by this Court, no action has been taken by the respondent which amounts to wilful and deliberate disobedience of the said order.
