ORDER:

1 This criminal petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C was filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / A.4 in C.C.No.414 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 of IPC.

2 Heard Sri L.Ravichander, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Mayur Mundra, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vivek Jain, learned senior counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

3 The facts and circumstances that led to the filing of the present criminal petition are as follows:

3.1 On 20.12.2019 the second respondent lodged a complaint before Narsingi police station stating that M/ s. Anuradha Greenlands Private Limited is the true and absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.5-18 guntas in Sy.No.364 at Janwada village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same from the original pattedars viz., N.Narayana S/ o N.Venkaiah and
