This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), in connection with Crime No.344 of 2024 on the file of Station House Officer, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 144(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

2. Heard Ms. Prathibha, learned counsel representing Mr. A.Sharat Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

3. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the offences levelled against the imprisonment upto seven years only.
