CONTEMPT CASE No.2346 OF 2024

ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.2002 of 2023, dated 09.03.2023 wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to pay minimum time scale of pay to the petitioners, who are working as Class-IV wage NMR basis.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the respondents produced a copy of vide Government Order G.O.Rt.No.221, Sheduled Castes Development (SER) Departement, dated 17.07.2025 and submits that the respdonents have sanctioned the minimum time scale of pay to the petitioners, in compliance to the orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.2002 of 2023.

3. In view of the submissions made by learned Government Pleader for Services-III, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
