ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of FCOP.No.124 of 2024 pending on the file of Family Court-cum-III Addl.District and Sessions Judge at Nizamabad to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Metpally.

2. Heard Sri K.Venu Madhav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Manoher, learned counsel for the respondent.

The brief facts of the case, shorn-off unnecessary details, required for adjudication of this Tr.C.M.P., are that the petitioner and respondent are wife and husband and their marriage was performed on 07.06.2015, as per Hindu rites and customs prevailing in their community; that soon after marriage, the petitioner joined matrimonial company of respondent, however, the respondent subjected her to physical and mental harassment for additional dowry; that unable to bear the harassment of respondent and his family members, the petitioner lodged a complaint before Mallapur Police, Jagtial District, and FIR No.209 of 2024 under sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, dated 20.12.2024 was registered; that petitione
