This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge – cum – Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubabad to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.207 of 2024 within a reasonable period.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the sole respondent herein filed O.S.No.207 of 2024 before the trial Court seeking permanent injunction in respect of suit schedule property against the petitioners herein. Along with the suit, the respondent filed I.A.No.2 of 2024 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking interim injunction, wherein the trial Court was pleased to grant ad interim injunction against the petitioners for limited period i.e., till

16.06.2025.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a detailed counter has been filed by the petitioners in the said interlocutory application, the trial Court failed to dispose of the same.
