ORDER:

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 20.12.2022, in I.A.No.939 of 2022 in O.S.No.1113 of 2025 (Old O.S. No.698 of 2022) passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, R.R. District at Rajendrangar.

2. Heard Mr. G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Vide the impugned order, the Trial Court has allowed the petition filed by the respondents herein and granted an ex-parte interim injunction against the petitioners herein.

4. The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed after two and half years from the date the impugned order was passed.

5. During the course of deliberations, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they have tried hard by filing the counter and also by insisting the Trial Court for taking up the I.A.No.939 of 2022 for an expeditious hearing, as an ex-parte interim injunction was in operation against the petitioners.
