Heard Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.Vigneshwar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Transport for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the entire material on record.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in vide issuing guidelines Memo No.6027/R/2021, dated 26.06.2025 in pursuance to the G.O.Rt.No.263, dated 06.06.2025 restricting the petitioners to purchase the vehicle from the showroom, in which he made application for getting of temporary permit for plying of the vechile as illegal and arbitrary.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 produced a copy of written instructions issued by the respondent No.3 and submits that initially there was a provision in the software to generate the temporary registration certificate by the dealer, who has submitted the application, but later, it has been modified and the intended purchaser after getting permission at one dealer can approach any dealer in the State to purchase the vehicle.
