Heard Mr. Dida Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Mr. Y. Augustine Reubenson, learned counsel representing Mr. K.B. Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

2. The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of Plot No. 76 in Sy.No.5/3 of Raidurg Panmaktha Village, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District and he has constructed a house bearing D.No.5-85/76 in the year 2017. He has been paying property tax and GHMC authorities have assigned the said house number to the subject property. While the matter stood thus, 3^rd respondent has issued show cause notice dated 04.02.2025 served on the petitioner on 08.02.2025 stating that the petitioner is proceeding with the construction unauthorizedly consisting of ground + 4 upper floors and pent house in the subject property and he is using it for commercial purpose.
