ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through online, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1, 8 to 10, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4, learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondent Nos.3, 5, 6 and 7 and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.11 and 12 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that, respondent Nos.9 and 10 are not conducting proper investigation into Crime No.540 of 2025 dt.08.05.2025 and therefore, this Court in exercise of powers under Section 447 of BNSS should transfer the aforesaid crime to another police station for effective investigation or filing report.
