ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking certain corrections in the Award, dated 05.12.2023, passed in L.A.C.No.1637 of 2023 in O.S.No.1084 of 2017 by the Lok Adalat, City Civil Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad (for short, ‘Lok Adalat’).
2. Heard Sri M.A. Basith, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P. Shashi Kiran, learned Standing Counsel for TSLSA, appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Zaheer-Ul-Haq, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had contended that the petitioner has filed a Suit for partition i.e. O.S.No.1084 of 2017 on the file of learned XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in respect of house property bearing Municipal No.16-1-487, admeasuring 362 Square Yards of land, situated at Saidabad, Hyderabad, and the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and the Lok Adalat has passed an Award on 05.12.2023. However, there was some error in respect of the boundaries recorded in the schedule of property annexed to the said Award. Therefore, appropriate orders be passed in the Writ Petition by directing the Lok Adalat to correct the boundaries recorded in the schedule of property in accordance with the plaint and also in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.

Learned Standing Counsel for TSLSA appearing for respondent No.1 and learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 reported no objection for correcting the entries in respect of the boundaries in the schedule of property by the Lok Adalat. 5. This Court, having considered the said submissions, is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to file an application before the Lok Adalat for correcting the boundaries in the schedule of property annexed to the Award. On such application being filed, the Lok Adalat shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
6. With the above observations/directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
