This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of “Writ of Mandamus” by declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.7 inspite of receiving Petitioner’s representation dt.19-03/2024 is not disconnecting the Electricity connection given to the Unofficial Respondent No.9 herein in Service Number 1100606264 & Consumer Number 113994371 in Government Land covered in Sy.No.28 of Khajaguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District-TS by showing House No.3-70/4 which is no way connected to Sy.No.28 of Khajaguda Village, which is a Government Land, but under the guise of the said Electricity Connection on the strength of some Unregistered Private Sale Document dt.09-06-1999 had taken said Electricity connection in the said Government Land in Sy.No.28 of Khajaguda Village and also grabbed the said Government Land and using Electricity for himself and his henchmen which is abutting to her land and also trying to grab her land.
