ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in SC No.150 of 2023 on the file of the learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.

The case of the complainant/respondent No.2 is that she is working in Urvi Technologies where she met accused No.1 and after developing acquaintance with her, accused No.1 expressed his love for her, for which she sought some time. While so, while she was staying with her friend in a room accused No.1 used to visit her and said that he would marry her and on one day when she was sick, accused No.1 came to her and had sexual intercourse with her on the pretext of marriage. Later the accused No.2 refused for the marriage of accused No.1 with the defacto complainant, as she belongs to SC by community, due to which accused No.1 has quarreled with the defacto complainant and bluntly refused to marry her.
