ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering his letters/representations dated 16.10.2022 for payment of legal fees, as being illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Municipalities.
3. The petitioner was appointed as Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 48 - Municipalities on 01.04.2015 in the High Court for the State of Telangana and continued till 10.10.2022. It is stated that after completion of his term, the petitioner has addressed letters/representations to the respondents, giving details of the cases he appeared on their behalf and his entitlement for legal fees. The petitioner had been pursuing with respondent Nos.2 to 48 for payment of legal fees towards services rendered by him.
The following is the amount entitled by the petitioner towards legal fees from the respective Municipalities:
