ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/accused No. 1 to 3, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 3900 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Y. Rishikesh Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. M. Achutha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the cause in this criminal petition does not survive and seeks to dismiss this criminal petition as infructuous.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
