Since the petitioner and the lis involved in all these Writ Petitions is one and the same, all these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing and disposal by this common order.

Heard Sri C.Raghu, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner in WP.No.3770 of 2023 the other counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in other writ petitions, learned Government Pleader for MA&UD, learned Sanding Counsel for GHMC, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respective respondents in all the Writ Petitions, and learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.8 in WP.No.3770 of 2023, and perused the record.

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in removing the illegal encroachment on GVM public road in spite of passing a final notice, dt.02.09.2022, as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of GHMC Act, 1955.
