ORDER :
The present criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.9 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the criminal proceedings against him in CC No.223 of 2017 on the file of the learned IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal registered for the offences under Sections 420, 423, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC alleging cheating and criminal intimidation.
2. Heard Mrs.ER Savitri, learned counsel representing Sri CMR Velu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the state/respondent No.1. Though the notice was ordered, none appeared for the respondent No.2.

CC No.223 of 2017 is registered basing on the private complaint filed by the 2nd respondent under Section 200 of Cr.P.C., against the petitioner and others alleging that the petitioner herein, taking advantage of the acquaintance with the 2nd respondent, introduced accused Nos.1 to 8 to the 2nd respondent representing that they are the owners and possessors of agricultural dry land to an extent of Ac.5.06 guntas out of Sy.No.364 and 367, situated at Vangapahad Village,
