ORDER

This Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dated

10.11.2023 passed in I.A.No.424 of 2023 in O.S.No.47 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, whereunder and whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order VI Rule 17 CPC was dismissed.

2. Heard Sri Rajagopallavan Tayi, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Sri D.L.Pandu, learned counsel for respondents.

3. The petitioner herein is the defendant and respondents are plaintiffs in the suit.

4. Brief factual matrix of the case necessary for adjudication of the present Revision Petition are that respondents filed a suit in O.S.No.47 of 2012 against the petitioner for declaration of title and consequential relief of perpetual injunction in respect of the suit schedule property. The petitioner entered appearance and filed written statement on 04.06.2012, denying the suit claim of the respondents, issues were framed, entire evidence was concluded and the matter was coming up for arguments, at that stage, the petitioner filed an application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the written statement by deleting line Nos.5 and 6 of
