O R D E R:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue appropriate Writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant compassionate pension along with arrears of pay fixed in pursuance of the recommendations of the IV Pay Commission pertaining to pay revision, considering her age and ailing health and pass...”

3. Heard Sri M.Ramakanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Lecturer in English in the college of 4^th respondent on 12.12.1979 and his services were regularized vide order dated 22.07.1983. However, petitioner was terminated from the service by the 4th respondent – College vide proceedings dated 05.12.1998. On 09.02.2016, petitioner has submitted a representation to the 1^st respondent with a request to grant him compassionate allowance and the same is pending consideration. Th
