ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the F-Line application, dated 26.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey for sub-division and fixing the boundaries in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.30 guntas in Sy.No.55/U1 and Ac.01.06 guntas in Sy.No.23/A, situated at Singampally village, Makloor Mandal, Nizamabad district, vide application No. TTDER022501154460 dated 26.03.2025, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently prays this Court to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the said application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

3. It is stated that the petitioner claims to be the owners and possessors of lands admeasuring Ac.0.30 guntas in Sy.No.55/U1 and Ac.01.06 guntas in Sy.No.23/A, situated at village, Makloor Mandal, Nizamabad district. It is the case of the petitioner that they have submitted F-Line Application
