Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.R.Pool Singh Naik, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Building appearing for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 and Sri.Somu Srinivas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to direct the Respondents to pass rehabitation and resettlement award under Section 31 R/w. Schedule 2 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act No.30 of 2013 in respect of Petitioners acquired houses situated at Tipparthi Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, under Gazettee Notification Nos.1387 dated 14.11.2017 and 1495 dated 13.07.2018 for the purpose of formation of Bypass Road (Narketpally-Addanki-Medermetla) and direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.06.2025 for passing the award by declaring the action of the Respondents in not passing the award as pe
