O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed, under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32092 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Bhanothu Hussain, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, appearing for respondent No.2, submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32092 of 2024, respondent No.2 issued speaking orders vide Procds.Rc.No.WP/2877225/2024, dated 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court to challenge the proceedings, 4. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 11.06.2025, if so aggrieved.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stands closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
