O R D E R:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to set aside the order dated 04.04.2025 in I.A.No.129 of 2025 in C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Kamareddy.

2. Heard Sri Vijay B. Paropkari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner-plaintiff herein filed I.A.No.45 of 2025 in O.S.No.24 of 2025 before learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile) at Kamareddy and by order dated 21.03.2025, the trial Judge allowed the said I.A., granting temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner and restraining the respondents and their men from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the schedule property till the disposal of the main suit.
