ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in passing orders in Inam Claim No.E/133/2020 even after lapse of more than 5 years.

2. The petitioner submits that the originally the land in Survey Nos.31 and 32 admeasuring Ac.7-38 guntas and Ac.13-24 guntas situated at Bolghatpally Village of Achampet Mandal, Nagarkurnool District is an Inam land, which is on the name of Sri Bakkodu, S/o. Sayanna and Bakkamma, W/o. Balaiah, who are none other than the uncle of petitioner No.1 and grandparents of petitioner No.2 and respondent Nos.4 to 8. After the death of Inamdars, the subject land devolved upon the petitioners and respondent Nos.4 to 7, who are in joint possession and claiming equal right. It appears that the respondent Nos.4 to 8 have sold the said lands to respondent Nos.9 to 12 and the respondent No.3 without insisting for ORC, amended the lands in the name of respondent Nos.4 to 12 herein by exceeding his jurisdiction.
