The petitioner as party-in-person is heard on admission.

2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:

“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction declaring Section 129 & 194D of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, as ultra vires, unconstitutional, or otherwise invalid is illegal, arbitrary and violative of the Fundamental Rights of Article 14, 19, 21 and doctrine of Basic structure of Indian Constitution and consequently direct the Respondents authorities to declare Section 129 & 194D of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, as ultra vires, unconstitutional or otherwise invalid in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
