ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent

Nos.2 to 5 to act upon the representations of the petitioner dated

27.12.2025, 29.12.2025 and 12.01.2026 for preventing the

unauthorized functioning of the respondent No.7 situated at

Annapurna Super Market, Ambedkar Statue Main Center, Signal

Point Center at Bhupalpally, Bhupalpally Mandal, Jayashankar

Bhupalpally District.

2. Heard Sri. Venkateshwarlu Dasari, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri. R. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned Government

Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare-respondent

Nos.1 to 5 as well as Sri. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing

Counsel for respondent No.6. Notice to respondent No.7 is

dispensed with.

3. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.7, without

proper facilities and authorization, is running a hospital causing

danger to the lives of the people.

4. It is alleged that the hospital building is constructed

without setbacks and without proper authorization in a

congested area. Said unauthorized construction of the hospital

in a congested area is causing hardship to the petitioner and

other residents in the area.

5. In the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is

disposed of and respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to consider

the petitioner representations dated 27.12.2025, 29.12.2025 and

12.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereof within a period

of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
