This writ petition is filed challenging Notice No.B/09/2026 dated 07.01.2026 issued under Section 7 of the Telangana State Land Encroachment Act 1905 by respondent No.4 - the Tahsildar, Kapra Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, alleging unauthorised occupation of the petitioner over the Government land admeasuring 320 square yards in Survey No.30 of Charlapally Village and thereby interfering with the petitioner’s patta land in Plot Nos.58, 59 and 59A of JK Enclaves in Survey No.99, admeasuring 315 square yards situated at Cherlapally Village, Kapra Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India.
