This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to direct the IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, to conduct expeditious trial in C.C.No.3134 of 2020.

2. Heard Mr.Mohd Muzafer Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

Notice in respect of respondent No.2 is dispensed with solely on the ground that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to conduct expeditious trial in C.C.No.3134 of 2020, and he is not seeking any relief against respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is arrayed only as a proforma respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court has been adjourning the matter from time to time. He further submitted that unless this Court fixes a time limit for the conclusion of the trial and disposal of C.C.No.3134 of 20
