ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of the 3rd respondent in receiving the regularization applications of the 4th and 5th respondents vide ROS 022002786020 and ROS 022002784661 as submitted for seeking regularization of the alleged private sale deed in respect of agriculture land in Sy. No. 174, 175 and 176, admeasuring Ac.18-18 guntas at Konapur village, Kodimail Mandal, Jagitiyal District, though the 3rd respondent is inherent lack of jurisdiction to receive such application and further though the suit for declaration of the respondents 4 and 5 filed in O.S. No. 9/2012 in respect of the above land was dismissed by the II Addl. District Judge, Jagitiyal and further though their earlier regularization applications were considered and rejected by the 3^rd respondent in file No. B/2807/2013, dated 22/12/2018, as illegal, arbitrary and for consequential relief.”
