Heard Sri S.M.Saifullah, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt.NVR Rajya Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, appearing for respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Sri R.Lakshmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.3 & 4. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in issuing a Look Out Circular (LOC) against the petitioner, on the instructions of respondent No.4, in connection with C.C.No.9145 of 2020 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary, and for consequential directions to withdraw the same.
