ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 in granting permission for construction of compound wall towards eastern and northern side of the institution i.e., religious school (Islamic school for poor girls), Summaiah-lil-Banath, situated at Dargah Hzt, Ganj-e-Shaheed (Rh), at Khammam, despite representations dated 02.04.2012 and 13.03.2013 to respondent No.2 and representations dated 06.12.2012, 16.03.2013 and 24.03.2014 to respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary and for consequential relief.
