ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in opening and maintaining rowdy sheet against petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14, 19 (1) (e) and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass.......”
2. Heard Ms.P.B.A.Ratnamala, learned counsel representing Mr. P.Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present Writ Petition no longer survives for consideration and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same as having become infructuous.
4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
