Heard Sri.Harender Pershad, learned senior counsel appearing for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“A) to declare the action of the Respondent No.4 in issuing Notice dated 20.01.2026 issued U/s 94/ 179 of Cr.P.C in FIR No.6 of 2026 of Police Station Karkhana as well as exerting pressure upon the Petitioners to settle the matrimonial disputes with the Respondent No.5 on her one sided terms and illegal demands as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of executive powers, violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violative of the guidelines of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the matters of Lalita Kumari Vs State of U.P
