ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction, delay and failure on the part of respondent No.2 in concluding and disposing of S.E.Nos.07 of 2018 and 08 of 2018 filed by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal, and for a consequential direction to dispose of the said proceedings within a time-bound period.

2. Heard Ms. K. Sai Mounika, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Labour, for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that S.E. No.07 of 2018 (illegal termination) and S.E. No.08 of 2018 (non-payment of wages) were initiated in the year 2018 by the petitioner and have remained pending for nearly eight years. She submits that despite completion of petitioner’s evidence and cross-examination, the said pending proceedings are being repeatedly adjourned, causing serious prejudice to the petition
