ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos 1 to 6 in not taking any action on the petitioners representation dated 13.10.2025 against the respondent Nos 7 and 8 for cancellation of license of M V R Bar and Restaurant situated at D.No 412/1 Shop no 3 4 5 and 6 Prashant Nagar Serilingampally R.R district and initiate criminal action for Cheating Forgery of rental agreements and making false declarations under IPC and Excise act and further direct the official respondents to put their names in Block list and further take action against the Prohibition and Excise officials who renewed the License of M V R Bar and restaurant even when brought to their notice as being illegal arbitrary unconstitutional violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 19 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 to 6 forthwith to take immediate action on the petitioners representation dated 13102025 and pass.......”

2. Heard Mr.P.M.Swapna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Arun Kumar, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to take action on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.10.2025, wherein a request has been made for cancellation of the licence of the unofficial respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise submits that no specific instructions have been received in the matter; however, time is sought to consider the petitioner’s representation in accordance with law.

5. I have perused the material available on record.

6. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, and in view of the limited nature of the relief sought, namely, a direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner’s representation, this Court is of the considered view that such a request merits acceptance. Accordingly, respondent Nos. 1 to 6 are directed to consider the representation dated 13.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, at the earliest and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
