ORDER
In this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2025 in E.O.P.No.1 of 2025.
2. It is submitted that I.A.No.2 of 2025 has been filed for recounting of ballot papers for the election held on 14.12.2025 along with E.O.P.No.1 of 2025 and the same has not been taken up by the trial Court till date.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the Full Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Kailash vs. Nanhku &
Ors, AIR 2005 SC 2441 to the effect that election petition shall be disposed of expeditiously.
