ORDER

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he has given no objection on behalf of the petitioners. However, since the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.2619 of 2024, the present criminal petition filed for quashing the F.I.R. has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if aggrieved.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
