Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the

petitioners had earlier filed Crl.P.No.9224 of 2024 challenging the

charge sheet, and the same is pending before another Coordinate

Bench.

2. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on

instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this petition,

charge sheet is filed in the matter and the same is numbered as

C.C.No.1866 of 2023, and hence, this criminal petition filed for

quashing the F.I.R, has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this criminal petition is

dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to

challenge the charge sheet, if aggrieved.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
