ORDER

1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure (in short, ‘Cr.P.C.) seeking to quash the

proceedings against the petitioner/sole accused in C.C.No.8628 of

2021, on the file of the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan

Magistrate at Nampally, registered for the offences punishable under

Sections 448 and 427 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional

Public Prosecutor submitted that C.C.No.8628 of 2021 was ended in

acquittal on 15.07.2025 and hence, the Criminal Petition has

become infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission, the Criminal Petition is

dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue

appropriate remedies according to law.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
