This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in stopping the construction work of the petitioner without giving any notice and assigning any reason, despite there being no deviation, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the construction work of the petitioner.
2. Mr.Yabbez, learned counsel representing Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, Sri P.Sridhar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1, are present.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
