This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed seeking to transfer C.C.No.201 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bellampalli to the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Adilabad and to try along with Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2021.

2. Heard Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the petitioner - State. Though notice served upon the respondent, none appeared on his behalf.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that two FIR Nos.25 of 2021 and 26 of 2021 arose out of the same incident dated 18.03.2021.
