Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondent No.1 as well as learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are present.

2. The Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the non-payment of bills by respondent Nos.2 to 4 pending from March, 2019 to September, 2019 for an amount of Rs.15,59,413/-.

3. The petitioners submitted a representation dated 11.09.2025 for release of pending bills. Inspite of submitting the representation, respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not responded.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition is filed for considering the representation dated 11.09.2025.

4. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 11.09.2025 and also the communication by respondent No.4 to respondent No.2 dated 31.05.2020, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Th
