This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in SCPOSCO No.112 of 2020 against the petitioner- Accused No.9 on the file of the learned Judge – VI Fast Track Court for Rape and POCSO Act Cases at Nalgonda, for the offences under Sections 344, 366, 376 read with 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 5L read with 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and Sections 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act-2006 (for short’PCM Act).
