This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to fix a time frame for disposal of C.C.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sirpur-T.

2. Heard Mr.V.S.Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

3. Notice in respect of respondent No.2 is dispensed with solely on the ground that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking disposal of C.C.No.21 of 2020, and she is not seeking any relief against respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is arrayed only as a proforma respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint against respondent No.2 on 14.12.2019, pursuant to which Crime No.268 of 2019 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 3 and 4
